Wasa Express policy

Shipping policies for safe, clear, and reliable service.

This page summarizes customer-facing policies for package acceptance, warehouse receiving, restricted items, customs, privacy, and shipment responsibility.

Important notice

Final shipment acceptance, price, handling requirements, and delivery path are confirmed after inspection and verification.

Payments are non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable in any situation once payment is made.

Warehouse arrivals are final

Once an item arrives at the Wasa Express warehouse, it cannot be returned to the customer because of a change of mind.

Inspection and acceptance

All packages are subject to inspection before processing. Wasa Express may reject, hold, or request additional verification for unsafe, suspicious, improperly packaged, or restricted shipments.

Minimum charge and estimates

Weight-based shipments use a 2 lb minimum charge. Calculator prices are estimates and may change after warehouse inspection, physical item verification, packaging needs, or special handling review.

Online orders and warehouse receiving

Online orders and out-of-state packages should be sent to 4700 Eisenhower Ave, Suite C3, Alexandria, VA 22304. Customer names must be clearly placed on packages so the warehouse can identify ownership.

Cargo and customs

Large cargo, machinery, vehicle parts, medical equipment, telecommunications items, commercial cargo, and high-tax products may require receiver customs clearance and government taxes or duties in Ethiopia.

Fragile and electronics handling

Fragile items may require additional packing and handling. Electronics pricing depends on category, size, condition, and value, and final price may be adjusted after physical inspection.

Customer privacy

Customer phone numbers, addresses, shipment details, and personal information are used only for approved Wasa Express operations and customer communication.

Restricted and prohibited items

Items may be refused during inspection.

Spiritual or ritual-related items
Unidentified powders, oils, herbs, or liquids
Harmful or suspicious substances
Items restricted by airline or customs rules
